docs(supporters): Add Chainloop project to supporters (#297)

👋🏼 one of the Chainloop core maintainers here. We [have had support](https://docs.chainloop.dev/guides/dependency-track/) of CycloneDX SBOM, and Dependendy-Track for quite a while in [our Open Source Project](https://github.com/chainloop-dev/chainloop); In fact, today, we released support for 1.6. I am not sure what's the official process/requirement to appear as supporter project in the website so I happened to do a PR instead, let me know otherwise. On another note, is it ok if I also add Chainloop in the tool center?
