Add custom permissions for telegram.
Allow users

  • to be notified via telegram,
  • to browse the forum via telegram
  • and to submit new topics and replies via telegram.

Important: Deactivate the previous version, before installing the new one.
Note: Unfortunately telegram notification settings of users will be removed, by deactivation. (See issues)
(But remember, this is still a DEV-Version :-) )
