A routine that pulls all the necessary info from a TRANSP run would be helpful for users that do not have access to a projects resources(devices specific routines, data servers)

Partially implemented. PR #23 added LIB/transp_geometry.pro that calculates the beam geometry from TRANSP variables.

We can now also extract the equilbrium and plasma profiles.
