How does the highlight tool currently work in Diva 5? Is it a page tool that allows the user to draw the regions over the page? The demo version at the link above doesn't allow users to alter or add new highlights, just to hide or display them.

How would I implement this in Diva 6? I need an example of it functioning so I can see how to convert it to the jquery-less v6 infrastructure.
