Download links do currently not work.

https://ddosolitary-builds.sourceforge.io/LxRunOffline/ returns a 404 error, while
https://sourceforge.net/projects/lxrunoffline.mirror/files/ has no development releases available.

Development releases would be helpful for #188 or #177.

Latest (unofficial!) build I could find was here:

https://nulldev.org/cdn/LxRunOffline-v3.5.0-11-msvc.zip
https://github.com/Andy1208-lee/LxRunOffline/blob/main/LxRunOffline-v3.5.0-11-gfdab71a-msvc.zip
(identical files at the time of writing.)

However, these builds do not resolve the issue mentioned in #188.
