How to edit

You will need:
- A GitHub account that meets Defra security requirements
- Access to collaborate to this repository
- A web browser that isn't Internet Explorer
Access the page you want and click Edit.
Edit the page using Markdown format.
Add links to other pages using double square brackets and the exact title of the page on the right hand side. For example [[How to edit]].
When you've finished, add a comment at the bottom to summarise what the change is and save your changes.
We want this wiki to be as easy to collaborate on as possible. However, here are some pointers:
- Keep it as simple and concise as you can.
- Keep it neutral and objective.
- Don't duplicate information that's already in the public domain. Link to it instead.
- Don't publish sensitive information, such as personal details.
- If you're planning to make drastic changes, such as deleting a page, then speak to one of the people who worked on it previously first.
- Test any links you've created or updated.
- If anywhere else links to these pages then update those links too.
You can also make changes under the GitHub change process. Make sure you clone the wiki part of the repository rather than the parent qa-test repository, as these are under separate code control.
