Updated 2/26: Metro has taken over responsibilities for recording the new narrative. We are removing the due date as we will have to wait for them to send us the new narrative before we can resume this work.

Recreation of the v0.1 narrative system which was a proof of concept. The goal is to rewrite it with wisdom to provide an editor interface to build out new narratives and edit the current narrative without having to script every change.
