  1. 去除lint-staged中的scss检测

  2. 添加build/bin/gen-release-note.js配置文件

  3. 去掉eslint校验dist目录

  4. 去掉gitignore中的dist禁传

  5. 解决持续集成中的几个问题 持续集成 #20

    • 提交git（带gitHooks）
    • 发布npm包（带gitHooks）
    • 版本提升
    • 记录changelog
