背景与动机

当前版本的 Snap Hutao 仅使用国服的公告作为数据源，缺少国际服非简体中文的公告数据

想要实现或优化的功能

实现该议题需要完成以下内容

  • 识别当前登录的主账号，以判断账号所属国服/国际服
  • 当国际服时，根据当前客户端语言，获取对应语言的公告
  • 添加非简体中文语言公告中，开始时间、结束时间、公告标题等内容的正则表达式（已在胡桃项目翻译中实装）
