System description

The goal this project has been to explore alternative user-input in software development, by monitoring electrical activity in the brain - EEG readings, and then utilising the gathered data to drive an Arduino smart car. In order to manage this process, we also developed an android application for visualising the EEG concentration level readings.

Team members

Liv Alterskjaer Android application UI design and front end development: Animation, view layouts and custom views, micro interactions, toast notifications, and vector graphics.
Annan Lao Part of the android backend logic; and night mode logic, toggle and its front end design.
Zhijie Wei Joystick and its backend logic in manual control mode.
Douglas Johansson Obstacle avoidance, testing, hardware installations.
Mattias Ekdahl Car logic, obstacle avoidance and app backend for communication with the car.
Simon Engström Backend logic for mind control mode. Backend logic for bluetooth connections and UI connection micro interactions.
