If you find yourself unable to generate a code, you'd expect at least https://dmoj.ca/accounts/2fa/?next=/accounts/logout/ works to abort, so that you can browse the site anonymously. However, the logout page is captured by the 2FA page as well.

Workaround: continue browsing incognito in incognito mode.
