Queue (I want to change the name of this page):

• Horizontal scrolling on the queue filtering panel now works simply with the mouse wheel
• Now the scopes correctly display only tickets with their own scope taken from admin/tickets_list
• The infinity scroll functionality was rewritten (with the old approach, data was not uploaded when the page was resized)
• Added the ability to filter tickets in scopes by queues
• The configuration of the page is stored in the URL (order of scopes, selected filters)

Sent:

• Added the ability to delete a group of tickets

Bookmarks/Followed:

• It works, don't touch it

Deleted:

• The ability to search for a ticket has been added

General tickets:

• The function of dynamically changing the number of tickets in a row when changing the page width has been added
• A deleted opportunity will foul his ticket
• Removed golden tickets
• Added side notifications-confirmation of interaction with the ticket

Create ticket:

• Added the ability to create markdown markup using buttons
• Added the ability to preview formatted text

Full ticket:

• Added interactive interaction (as in the smaller version of the ticket in General tickets)

Other:

• Now the admin is an extended version of the user (all the pages and capabilities of a regular user are now also available to the admin)
• Removed the ability to switch from one mode to another (admin/exit)
• Admin can now view completely hidden/anonymous tickets
• Customized lifecycle of the jwt access/refresh token for Tress (without a cabinet) (After the access token is cleared, the user will not understand that something is wrong, so far with the refresh problem)
• Fixed visual markdown bugs (some elements moved, some did not correspond to the usual markdown)
