I suspect the error is because of the fact that Github IP ranges are blocked in some parts of China, so when trying to test them using Github's network, that one resolver fails. I tested them extensively from multiple other places and all of them work.

- Removed IP addresses as only VHOST is enough for both `dnslookup` and `dnscrypt-proxy` to make a connection.
- Replaced IPv6 resolver's VHOST with IPv4 FQDN (helps with avoiding SNI inspection)

Not a GitHub-specific issue. I can't connect to sdns://AgAAAAAAAAAAACCY49XlNq8pWM0vfxT3BO9KJ20l4zzWXy5l9eTycnwTMA00Ny4xMDMuMTY2LjU3Ci9kbnMtcXVlcnk either.

Maybe that one server has a bit of a downtime from time to time. Not a great loss if we strike that one out.
