How to report a crash:

1. Click 'Issues' over on the right somewhere.

2. Check if the issue has already been reported. (Check both open and closed!)

3. Click 'open new issue'.

4. Use this form:

    DNS Version:
   
    Client/Server:
    
    If server, MCPC / Forge
    
    Do you have Optifine installed?
    
    Can you reproduce this and provide us steps?
    
    **Attach crash log!**
   

We'll look at it and forward it to the mod author(s) or tell you the fix!
