Create Integrators for the Control System for Equations of Motion

1. Cannot be from a library
2. Must be a method at least as good as Heuns Method

Create Simulation for visualizing the Control System in python's pygame

• Cannot Use any c/c++ bindings all python
• fewer dependencies are best
