Rahat is a product of Rumsan, a UNICEF Venture Fund company. We are currently working with them as part of a 2021 Blockchain cohort. Based on my knowledge of their solution and the responses here, this looks ready as a nominee.
I left a few minor comments on the JSON schema but they are non-critical issues.
