MOCHCare is missing installation guide docs, hence unable to assess platform independence indicator. Thanks.

I can't check platform independence as there is no reference to any code repository. The main URL is broken. The githbook.io documentation suggests PHP & MySQL but I can't be sure.

This link shows incomplete documentation.It's currently not possible for a technical person unfamiliar with the project to launch and run the software without making lots of assumptions. This could be a pain-point in the future for any possible codebase improvements or refactors. Thanks.

Installation instructions in the GitBook are not sufficient to be consider as proper documentation, most of it is usage documentation and the GitHub repository only mentions Laravel framework learning resources.

I would suggest to update installation and usage documentation inside README file in the repo.
