Digital public goods must use an open license. We would like to suggest Lily the Llama Helps Her Herd team consider adopting one of the approved licenses for open content as CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0 is non-conformant as per the DPG Standard, hence we cannot proceed until this indicator is passed.

Hi, taking a look here and reading through the previous conversation, it appears the licensing aspect is now addressed in the e-book. When I went to open it, this is one of the first pages in the book:

Given the use of the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, the license aspect looks good to go. I am wondering if anything else is pending my review here? Let me know how best to help. 🙌🏻

That's right. ND variants are not accepted under the DPG Standard. See the full approved license list for more details.

@nathanbaleeta, @jwflory, @iperdomo: One thing to be on the lookout for that sometimes slips, like it's the case here is to update the stage field in the corresponding nominee file, when the DPG review is complete from nominee to DPG.
