A clause from the OGL website above indicates the following:

"These terms are compatible with the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 and the Open Data Commons Attribution License, both of which license copyright and database rights. This means that when the Information is adapted and licensed under either of those licences, you automatically satisfy the conditions of the OGL when you comply with the other licence. The OGLv3.0 is Open Definition compliant."

@nathanbaleeta @jwflory - Agreed that this looks like a valid license. I would recommend adding OGL-3.0 to the list of valid licenses in the nominee-schema.json file and then changing this entry.

The SEPA Time series data service looks good as a DPG nominee, so I am approving it; however, as I agreed here in follow-up to @conradsp's point, the real next step is proposing the OGL-3.0 as an accepted license under the DPG Standard.
