Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some players (particularly children) unfamiliar with what TWiLightMenu even is might break things if they enter the settings and alter stuff.

Describe the solution you'd like
Being able to enable a passcode for the settings screen would prevent people different from the owner of the console from mindlessly altering stuff.

Alternative solutions
Being able to entirely turn off the possibility to access the settings screens at all would make it even more transparent to potentially hostile users, but the process to revert that would probably be a nuisance.

I would also like this "kid-friendly" or "parental lock" mode for my kids' DSi units.

It could be locked behind:

  • a crazy button press
  • a pass code
