SuperCard DSTWO "no find system files" error with only autoboot file

Console Configuration: O3DSXL (Luma3DS 10.2.1, 3DS11.15.0), DS Lite, SuperCard DSTWO
TWiLight Menu++ Version: 23.1.0
TWiLight Menu++ Theme: DSi (though not relevant)

Expected behaviour

The set of files in autoboot should be the only required files to autoboot TWiLight Menu++.

Actual behaviour

DSTWO throws a generic "NO FIND SYSTEM FILES" error. This is an error embedded in the DSTWO itself. Meaning we may need more than just the dstwo.nds?

Steps to reproduce

1. Extract TWiLight Menu++ to DSTWO, do not extract flashcart loader
2. Launch DSTWO
3. observe as it basically blue screens
