App fails to move Widescreen.cxi into luma folder if it doesn't exist #714

I am using TWiLightMenu Version 9.0.2, on a Luma3DS modded o3DS XL.

I've followed the instructions on Sono's gbatemp thread for patching TWL_firm, along with Robz's to use the patched .cxi on TWiLight (moving TwlBg.cxi to /_nds/TWiLightMenu/TwlBg/ and renaming it to Widescreen.cxi).
Since I had never used external sysmodules before on this console, TWiLight couldn't move /_nds/TWiLightMenu/TwlBg/Widescreen.cxi to /luma/sysmodules/TwlBg.cxi. There was no sysmodules folder to begin with.

The app should check if the folder exists before copying the .cxi to there. If it doesn't exist, create the folder.
