Describe the solution you'd like
We need a tool that will allow organizations to migrate authority record ORCID iDs (added via the DSpace 5&6 ORCID lookup tool) to person entities, so that the ORCID iDs added in versions 5 & 6 can be migrated to newer versions of DSpace (and potentially to better enable ALL ORCID iDs to be included in work metadata - again see #9529 for details.
