Patching /accessConditions properties is not supported for Bitstreams as implied in the contract #265

The contract for the upload section implies that you can replace the /startDate and /name of an existing access condition, but this is not yet implemented in DSpace REST.

Instead, we have a "todo" comment here

We can either

  • Make it clear in the contract that this functionality is not supported yet
  • Remove these examples from the contract altogether
  • Implement this in DSpace REST (probably not a high priority)

@ybnd : It should likely just be removed from the Contract for now.
