Serial communications and a simple test application for interfacing with cutters.

Windows and MacOSX DLL wrapper for libcutter to add as a plugin for Sure Cuts A Lot 4 using the SCAL4 Custom Plugin spec

Pre-built libraries are in Windows/Build and Mac/Build folders.
Both library and XML files are required.

To build for Windows, there is a Visual Studio project in the Windows folder.
To build for Mac, there is a XCode project in the Mac folder.
