Open a file or take a screenshot by Ksnip
Maximize the Ksnip window, the image is centered on the screen.
From the Main Menu> File> Open, I choose any image file
The new image is loaded at Painter position: x: 0 y: 0. and the previous image remains in the background and centered on the screen.
But the new editable area is defined by these new borders around the new image.

I have now tested on windows 10 and ksnip version 1.6 and also presented the same error.
