Project file fixes

* Fixed Unit Test projects to better handle VS2010 and above. * Added x86 and Any CPU to all projects to remove mixed processor builds. This is a pre-cursor to future x64 support. Release coordinator should ensure configuration is "release" and platform is "x86" before building final version. Note that x64 support is not tested at this time. This is just to allow for easy (or easier) switching
