Delta T without convert from/to SI

E.g. convert delta 1 C to SI => 274 K, but need stay 1 K

@AlexanderSemenyak it does need conversion because 1 delta C/K is different from 1 delta F/R

I checked and the conversion is ok, showing up as 2.5 C when converting from 2.5 K
