So with how GitHub changed the way the max limit is shown, they also accidentally made it impossible to close an issue that has reached the max limit. smh Looks like I must delete one randomly picked comment in the old thread in order to close it. A dictionary case of poor design. |

Ok, so this is a reply from a uBlock guy, he provided this filter:
But is shows a black bar within the word. He also mentioned the following: "This is proof of concept - color is not adjusted to exactly match the text. I checked it on few articles, even have it in My filters now, and I'm subscribing GH RSS feed. There are more tricks like this. You can change text color to color of the background in I believe it's also possible to reduce the height of the parent element to hide the last line behind the bottom edge." But i have no idea how to approach this :( |

As own risk hack to cover all html elements with enable few anti-adblock baits will be one of:

Then you close yourself off from using some ad-free or anti-adblock sites (with Enabled uBo) [e.g. aternos org as game server, rjno1 com, ylilauta org, pixsera, next-episode net], as they update adblock detection or ad-restoration too quickly. Also nobody removed exception: https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uAssets/blob/09054c604360100cd557b0fa20365df30a2eb239/filters/quick-fixes.txt#L204-L206 [Latest commit 09054c6 Feb 26, 2023 (33 minutes ago)] so back as too fast deleted before end expires outdated EL. |

It's getting really tiring that ABP keeps forwarding me user reports where users had Acceptable Ads turned on, and that they also don't offer competent ways to filter out such reports, as a solid 95% of all reports could be fixed if the users could be bothered for even just 4sec to turn off Acceptable Ads. |

Ryan may as well be missing from the face of the planet at this point, and it seems that Khrin having to almost single-handedly handle EL reports is more than he has available time to do. I had reports linger in EL for more than 9 months in 2023 that would be easily reproducable in 90sec. |

Take a look at easylist/easylist#14098, see that it was ignored for almost 13 months despite a very easy fix and trivially easy reproduction, and then look me in the eyes and say that things are going perfectly well there. When I made a report for the exact same placeholders at AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters#167256, they reproduced and fixed it in a mere 56 minutes. |

With all due respect (and I do mean that), the argument "Ryan may as well be missing from the face of the planet at this point, and it seems that Khrin having to almost single-handedly handle EL reports" is not supported by the evidence. Khrin does by far triage the most issues, but Ryan and the other EasyList members also triage issues, and Ryan by far has the most comments.

Yeah it seems that issues are piling up but pull request situation is better. My PR's have been usually handled in a reasonable amount of time lately. If you know how to fix something, better to make a PR that can be accepted directly. |

For the malware list: I clicked on a link to a parked domain and the only thing that didn't get me redirected to some malware site was the HTTPS only setting in Firefox. (To Parting in particular) Seems to work pretty well. No broken text or frames, and the awkward frame loading/unloading and the loading of lower articles were already there even with no entries. So I approve of the entry and will hopefully be utilised by me within perhaps 15 hours. I also give uBlock Filters Annoyances and AdGuard Annoyances Filters my approval to add such an entry. |

I think we may all have been a tad early to declare I Still Don't Care About Cookies to be the future. With https://github.com/OhMyGuus/I-Still-Dont-Care-About-Cookies/issues showing 5,000 issues, with a total of 15 issues resolved since New Year, I'd say that that extension has got into a catastophic collapse. So at this point, I presume only AdGuard Cookie Notices Filter is a viable place to report cookie banners. |

Supposedly, the near-sole person working on that extension, had some issues in early December with OhMyGuus/I-Still-Dont-Care-About-Cookies#10278, but as time turned out to tell, not even that went according to his/their plans. 😅 So now I'm putting almost every øre/cent on AdGuard Cookie' Filter. |

Apparently it turns out GitLab can show users as being site-wide banned by GitLab, as opposed to simply "This page doesn't exist" as GitHub does. I learned this through the very, very unfortunate banning GitLab made of https://gitlab.com/magnolia1234, the guy who've made Bypass Paywalls Clean Filter. I can only presume some Large Company™® must've sent some E-mails to GitLab under the table. |
