This does a little cleanup in coding style and extracts common parts from the two scripts into an extra file. Documentation is amended a tiny bit.
This removes a wrong single quote in the generated SQL as well as any EXIF data insertion. The EXIF related fields are no longer present in the Koken database...

This is mostly code I changed in 2014, but now I used it again and committed some
of the changes still pending.
It is more or less a cleanup job that I did while digging into it when I tried to write a
script to move from Gallery2 to Koken. That turned out to be even harder than
upgrading to Gallery 3 first, so I skipped that.
