CodeLens and "Run Test at Cursor" shouldn't appear for files that don't end with _test.dart as they're not test entry points and may error (see discussion from flutter/devtools#232 (comment)).

The best way to run a single test is to first run the entry point, then re-run it from the test explorer tree.
