Grouping them adds a heading for the extension name, so these show up like:

Dart
  Dart
  Flutter

Which seems a bit odd. Moving all the Flutter settings to the Flutter extension might be better, although there's a lot of overlap, so perhaps leaving it as "Dart & Flutter" is best for now.
