Add a setting to open embedded DevTools in a full editor column instead of beside the current editor

Currently when using embedded DevTools, it always starts as an additional column. With VS Code's side bar open, this doesn't give a lot of width so it may be preferred to take up the full editor width. There should be an option for this, and perhaps an easier way to switch between them.
