Download the files in this repository or clone it.
Open the Chrome extension settings tab, enable developer mode and click on load unpacked; then select the folder in which you have downloaded or cloned the repository.
Click on the extension (or hit CTRL-B for Windows and Linux or CMD-B for Mac), enter some text and use the slider/range to set the intensity. The transformed text will appear below the popup window.
