With this stream http://vm2.dashif.org/livesim-dev/segtimeline_1/testpic_2s/Manifest.mpd
You will notice Firefox autostarts but chrome does not.

Issue seems to have disappeared! Not reproducible any more.

Tested with this stream
http://vm2.dashif.org/livesim-dev/segtimeline_1/testpic_2s/Manifest.mpd

At first I though params on video element matter but seems to not. I test with all mixtures of
preload autoplay and nothing at all on video element and all worked as expected. Reopen if you see this issue crop up again.
