Load video at time does not work at certain times #807

Load the url http://dash.edgesuite.net/dash264/TestCases/1a/qualcomm/1/MultiRate.mpd#s=161, but the video never loads, it remains a black screen. Both s=160 and s=162 work as expected. This fails to load on dash player v1.5, but works on v1.4.

Same results for other videos, for example http://dash.edgesuite.net/dash264/TestCases/2a/qualcomm/1/MultiResMPEG2.mpd#s=161.
