The workflow timing diagram is collapsed by default, and requires that the end user click to display it. However, fcui requests the executionEvents metadata field from Cromwell on all of its requests. Instead, we should omit executionEvents by default, then make a second ajax request for the executionEvents only when the user clicks to expand the timing diagram.
