What does this PR do?

  • Add support for installing the Datadog Agent through this Puppet module in SUSE distributions
  • Add spec tests
  • Add a testing VM
  • Add kitchen test

Motivation

  • Support installing the Agent on SUSE distros

Additional Notes

  • GPG keys need to be imported manually since zypper will autoreject them

Describe your test plan

  • Spec tests pass
  • Kitchen tests pass
  • Install in OpenSUSE and SLES

Supported versions are the same as the zypprepo dependency
This also adds Kitchen tests and a SUSE test environment
