Initial release of the TorQ betfair pack 1.0.0

At AquaQ HQ we've been using TorQ to collect live betting data from betfair.com for some time now. We've used this for a number of our blog posts: telling the story of Superbowl XLIX, the Six Nations championship and the UK general election using data.

This TorQonnect package installs on top of TorQ and should allow users to quickly get setup and collecting live betting data on whatever events they choose!
