I often depend on Cartopy which can only be installed when using the --no-binary flag with pip (or via Conda; shapely is the underlying trouble maker, see for example https://scitools.org.uk/cartopy/docs/latest/installing.html; also note that there are no plans to change this).
So I was wondering if Pyflow supports --no-binary already? I couldn't tell from the docs.
