Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Described in #73

The poetry poly libs command sometimes render output in a confusing way on Windows and in PowerShell, possibly in the PyCharm terminal.

Investigate if there is anything that can be solved. Suggestion: a later version of rich?

I installed python, poetry and the polylith-plugins on a Windows machine.

In PowerShell:
All commands worked okay, but the checkbox-emojis didn't render properly. I think this is because of a PowerShell encoding setting.

In PyCharm on Windows:
I opened a terminal window within PyCharm and ran the poetry poly libs command and could reproduce the behavior described in #73

When resizing the terminal window and re-running the commands all looked nice.

I think this is a PyCharm-specific issue and I haven't enough knowledge about what's happening in the PyCharm terminal to take this further. I'll close this one. Please re-open if this is a problem that should be solved.
