NeoShare bootstrap server seems down : can not get peers adresses. #24

When enabling NeoShare (owns NeoLoader encrypted Kad network) on 2 computers (with open NeoShare UDP port), these can ot see each other. It seems to me that the bootstrap server script (http://nodes.neoloader.to/neonodes.php) is down. If so please someone restart it. I’m interrested to know how it is based (Kad like ? Using a nodes.dat file like emule ?)

A welcome feature to avoid this kind of issue (and for the future of NeoLoader) would be to make NeoLoader v0.52c (or next) compatible with this (Gnutella like) webcache server software : https://sourceforge.net/projects/skulls/

Version used : NeoLoader v0.52c build 165.
