In #6 we added some failing tests because of an R bug in
as.POSIXlt()with negative fractional seconds. It seems to have been fixed (https://bugs.r-project.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17667) so we can turn this test back on.For fear of getting another CRAN notice about this, we only run this off CRAN.
