Increased drone capacity for build modules, implemented trade priority for internal trading for AI large traders, added some court jobs to be enabled if that portion of story is reached, increased threatscore default for stations and individual modules, added subordinate traders to resupply ships to try and fix some of their issues, cleaned up debug and some scripts for expeditions, added some improved compatibility with paranid storyline stuff if TRI comes into existence.

New feature: Added a rather complicated script that will be the basis for future versions, it is partially implemented at the moment. Factions will activate jobs for certain tasks such as shipyard defense, core sector patrols, border sector patrols, and contested sector patrols. This will help me use less ships but overall give the AI more ships where they are actually needed.
