• Added .gitignore file
• Removed .pycache file
• Edited the requirements.txt file because of this error and added the missing packages

• Removed instructions for Linux, Mac Os and Termux because its the same instructions repeated 3 times.
• Added creation of virutal environment to the instruction list
• Moved the scripts into a src file (source)
• Fixed some grammar
