College Issue Resolution Platform aims to address the challenges faced by students residing in hostels within educational institutes. Often, students encounter various problems related to infrastructure, utilities, and miscellaneous issues within their hostel premises. The lack of a streamlined system for reporting and resolving these problems can lead to inefficiencies and delays in addressing students’ concerns.
Solution Our solution addresses the pressing need for a streamlined and efficient system to manage hostel-related issues within educational institutes. The Hostel Issue Resolution Platform provides a user-friendly interface for students to report various problems they encounter in their hostels, categorized under sections like Internet, Electricity, Carpentry, and Miscellaneous. But that’s not all! We’ve also incorporated several add-ons to enhance the platform: User Workflow
- Registration: Institutes register on the platform and receive dedicated admin panels.
- Student Registration: Students register using their institute-issued credentials.
- Issue Reporting: Students log in and submit hostel-related issues through the user dashboard.
- Task Assignment: Hostel administrators receive real-time notifications about new issues and assign tasks.
- Status Tracking: Students track the status of their reported issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Admins use feedback for ongoing enhancements.
