Causing code to fail if everything actually was removed.
Change a lot of the default arguments to match what is currently used for training.
to try to catch pixels not quite caught after interpolating.

Defining it with 1 - mask leads to it being int64 instead of bool.
Which uses new top and old bottom.
We don't want to offset lines which have already been corrected for nearfield, but that's only one of top and bottom depending on the orientation of the echosounder.
