integration tests can't be run on windows

MailHog tries to use port 1025 which is used by Windows RPC or something like that:

Error response from daemon: Ports are not available: listen tcp 0.0.0.0:1025: bind: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
