Microsoft Teams does not provide an easy way to send messages to a personal channel. Therefore, DefectDojo can only send system scope notifications to Microsoft Teams.
Unfortunately the user can still configure personal notifications to Teams. This may lead to support requests. To avoid misunderstandings, the user interface and the documentation are now clear that this is not possible.
