[@types/fullpage.js] 'fullpage.js/index.d.ts' is not a module

If you know how to fix the issue, make a pull request instead.

• I tried using the @types/fullpage.js package and had problems.
• I tried using the latest stable version of tsc. https://www.npmjs.com/package/typescript
• I have a question that is inappropriate for StackOverflow. (Please ask any appropriate questions there).
• Mention the authors (see Definitions by: in index.d.ts) so they can respond.

When trying to import fullpage.js I get the error:
File 'c:/.../node_modules/@types/fullpage.js/index.d.ts' is not a module.

If I add the following line to the base of the fullpage.js/index.d.ts file:
export = FullPageJs; the error dissapears. Is this the correct fix?
